The home is set up for phone and internet, you would need to contact the provider and setup your own account.

No garbage service included.

Tenant will be responsible for driveway and walkway snow removal.

We will check the propane tank level at the time of occupancy, you would be required to fill it back to the same level at the end of your stay.

This home is located just off a paved road. The last 500 yards or so is a gravel driveway.

This is a non smoking home.

This property are heavily wooded across the creek from Forest Service land. You will see Deer and Turkey right outside your window all year long.

The home is located 20 miles south of Darby Montana. You will travel by state highway most of the way.

The West Fork of the Bitterroot is renowned for its natural beauty and proximity to the wilderness.
